🛒 ORDERING

What is print on demand?
Every item in The Dragon's Den is made specifically for you when you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your gear is printed fresh, which means better quality and zero wasted inventory. It's how we keep designs exclusive and products worth owning.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we're unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before completing checkout.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Most of our designs are available on an ongoing basis through print on demand. If something appears unavailable, reach out via our Contact page and we'll do our best to help.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are printed and shipped from within the United States.

How long will my order take?
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce, plus shipping time. We'll update this once we've finalized our shipping estimates — check back soon or contact us for the most current timeframe.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future — follow us to stay updated.

What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review our size guides carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong item entirely, contact us within 7 days of delivery at the link below and we will make it right — no questions asked. Please include a photo of the issue when you reach out.
